Mandy, Arylan Solstice Misty Mtn Mandolin (Ch Mariel's Flying Spirit x Aelwyd Arylan I Walk The Line).  Mandy was named in tribute to her musical Momma June Carter.

  We were expecting great things from the PJ x June litter but with lots of things about breeding dogs things didn’t go as planned.  June Carter’s whelping didn’t go well and Miss June required emergency surgery, blood transfusions and finally an emergency spay and retirement.  All this required her litter to be hand raised by Harry.  So Mandy is all we have left from the lovely June. 

  Mandy, a pretty sable, is co-owned with my friend Harry Griffith of Arylan and like he says on his site we like ALMOST everything about her.  She has great structure, a fabulous temperament, and great ears and although still a baby she is developing lovely movement.  Of course you get a great puppy like this and something is bound to be a problem and yes, Mandy has a lot of hair.  She hasn’t shed her puppy coat yet so it remains to be seen what will finally happen with her coat but with such great everything else she certainly has a place with both Solstice and Arylan.
